you can hop on and off everywhere on the route. just stand at the street and wave your hands when the bus is approaching. and to get off, just make yourself noticed whenever you have reached your destination. and whenever the busses stop at a designated bus stop, there are vendors approaching that sell drinks and snacks that you can buy from the window without leaving the bus.
