landscapes down-under
australia | travelled in 2012 | posted on aug 15, 2012
when you think of australian landscapes, you immediately think of the outback, rust-coloured deserts, ayers rock and the underwater worlds of the great barrier reef. unfortunately, none of this was on our itinerary.
but australia has much more to offer - mountains, forests, rainforests, steep coasts and endless pastures. these may not dominate the well-known picture of the continent, but they are just as impressive. and the locations were located along our route 🙂
but next time i will visit the outback for sure...
